Account and Registration

Yes, an account is required to place orders. We don’t support guest checkout.

Currently, we don’t offer loyalty points, rewards, or gift certificates. Please check back in the future for updates

Out-of-stock items may become available later. Check back or contact us for updates. If a product is discontinued, it may no longer be offered.
Yes, we accept bulk orders for both consumer and business customers. Please contact us via the “Ask for Help” form for assistance.

Currently, custom builds are not available, but we are working to introduce this option in the future.

Ordering, Cancellation, Modification, and Status

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it if it hasn’t been shipped.

Orders cannot be modified once submitted. For address errors, please cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one. For further assistance, please fill out the “Ask for Help” form.

We ship only within the contiguous United States.

No, the shipping method cannot be changed once an order is submitted. However, if your order is eligible for cancellation, you can cancel it and place a new order with your preferred shipping method.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders ship the same or next business day.
We offer free standard ground shipping, as well as Next-Day and Second-Day delivery (additional costs apply, based on location).

Returns, Exchange, and Refunds

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging and condition.
Log in to your account to start a return request. Once approved, package the item securely and return it as instructed.
If eligible for a free return, we’ll provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, customers handle return shipping.
We don’t offer exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for a different product.
No, items bought from other retailers should be returned to the original place of purchase.
Refunds will be deposited back to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method. In some cases, it may take up to 30 business days.

Warranty

Products typically come with a one-year manufacturer warranty. We provide a 90-day warranty on value-added components.

We currently do not offer warranty extensions. However, you may be able to purchase an extended warranty directly from the manufacturer.
