  • Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the contiguous United States and do not offer international shipping.
  • Shipping Address: We are unable to ship to PO boxes for Ground, Expedited, or Priority shipments. Please provide a physical address to ensure successful delivery.
  • Cancellation: Customers may cancel an order or individual items within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
  • Order Approval and Security: All orders are subject to approval based on the information provided. Orders may be placed on hold for additional security verification if the information appears suspicious or if the total exceeds $100 USD.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment approval. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped the same day or the next business day, depending on the time the order is placed. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day. Orders submitted after 3:00 PM EST will also begin processing the following business day.
  • Split Shipments: Depending on the size and number of items, orders may ship in multiple packages. Your order will only ship once all items are ready for fulfillment.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item in your order is unavailable, a Customer Service Representative will contact you for further instructions. Your order may be delayed until we confirm how you’d like to proceed.
  • Shipping Partners: We partner with UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Shipping Options and Costs: Standard ground shipping is free within the contiguous U.S. Customers who select premium express shipping options are responsible for the additional costs.
  • Delivery Timing and Conditions: While we strive for timely delivery, please note that delivery times are ultimately subject to each carrier’s Terms of Service. Circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events, natural disasters, or holiday delays, may impact delivery times.

  • Returned Packages: Packages returned to us due to handling issues will receive a refund. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate to avoid delays or returns.

  • Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages: We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit, or for items marked as delivered but cannot be located. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance. Please report any damage claims to the carrier and notify us within 5 days of receipt.
