Ordering

Orders for products must be placed through the MCCX website, and all purchases are subject to acceptance by MCCX. We reserve the right to limit, reject, modify, or cancel orders at our discretion. If your order is accepted, you’ll receive an “Order Confirmation” email, which serves as our official acceptance of your order and includes important purchase details such as your order number, items purchased and the order total.

  • Please Review Your Information: Before submitting an order, double-check that all information is accurate. Errors in your email address or shipping details may prevent the Order Confirmation from reaching you or result in delivery to an unintended address. In such cases, you would be responsible for addressing any issues caused by incorrect information.
  • Order Processing and Payment: Once your order is placed, payment processing begins immediately. Processing times may vary based on your chosen payment method, but most transactions are completed quickly. Upon successful payment, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment.
  • Cancellation: Customers may cancel an order or individual items within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
