Return Policy

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products. Items purchased within 30 days are eligible for a return and refund. At this time, we do not offer exchanges; however, you may return an item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Requirements for Returns:

Proof of Purchase: A valid original purchase order number from MCCX is required for returns. Purchases made outside of the MCCX website must be returned to the original seller.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in original packaging, with all included accessories, materials, and documentation, and must be in original or new condition.

Restocking Fees: If items are returned incomplete, damaged, or without original packaging, MCCX reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or deduct a portion from the refund.

Shipping Costs:

If a delivery is refused or returned due to customer error, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

For returns not using a pre-paid MCCX shipping label, we recommend adding tracking or delivery confirmation to ensure receipt. MCCX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during return shipping

How to Initiate a Return:

Log into your MCCX account, go to the “Orders” menu, and click “Request a Return” next to the item you wish to return.
Select the item(s), specify a reason for the return, and choose a return shipping method. If using our pre-paid label option, you will receive an email with the label (check your Spam folder if needed).
Package the item(s) with a copy of your invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable), and drop the package off at your local post office or preferred carrier. For returns without a pre-paid label, ship to the following address: [Your Return Address Placeholder].

Return Processing:

Once we receive and process your return, you will receive a refund notification by email.

Refund Policy

We offer a wide range of secure payment options to suit your preferences, including credit and debit cards, and PayPal.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10-14 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

Refund Amount: Full refunds are issued for items returned in original, unboxed condition. If the item is missing components or shows signs of damage, a restocking fee may apply, as determined by MCCX.
